As a master of numbers and organized multi-tasker, she keeps a close eye on the company’s finances while seamlessly juggling office management, administrative workflows, and team culture initiatives. 

Kelly’s leadership ensures every part of the business runs well, with a constant eye on efficiencies and the bottom line. A lifelong learner at heart, she’s always looking for ways to grow, evolve, and make things even better—for the company and for the people in it.

Kelly isn’t just the anchor of the Siren team—she’s also a steady, uplifting presence in the lives of her friends and family. Known for showing up as her true, authentic self, she creates space for others to do the same—whether in a team meeting or around a backyard bonfire. 

Outside the office, you’ll likely find her with her husband and two kids outside, soaking up the sunshine by the water, wandering in the woods, or on the ski hill in winter.
